The Benicarló artichoke, with Protected Designation of Origin, is the star of winter. Grilled or oven-roasted, with the stamp of the Maestrat.
Market and memory
Market cooking with local produce from the Maestrat and the Costa del Azahar. Rice dishes, stews and classics, cooked slowly.
