2. Personal data processed
This website is informational and has no contact, registration or subscription forms. We therefore do not collect personal data directly through the website.
We will only process your data if you voluntarily contact the Club by email, phone or in person. In that case, the data you provide (name, email, phone or any other information you share) will be used solely to handle your enquiry or request.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The purpose of the processing is to handle your enquiries, manage the relationship with members and subscribers, and send you information about the Club at your request.
The legal basis for processing is your express consent when contacting us (Article 6.1.a GDPR), as well as the performance of the membership contract where applicable (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
4. Data retention
Your data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to handle your request or maintain the membership relationship. Once this relationship has ended, the data will be kept for the legally required periods and then deleted.
5. Recipients and transfers
We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law. For booking and registration management, the Club uses the external platform Pista Central, which acts as a data processor under its own privacy policy.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, request its rectification or deletion, object to its processing, request the restriction of its processing, port your data and withdraw your consent at any time.

7. Complaints
